Pastides Alumni Center
Clean lines, a neutral color palette and luxurious details. These classic elements come together in the newest and most exquisite venue in the Midlands, the Pastides Alumni Center at the University of South Carolina—which is home to to the USC Alumni Association.
Located at Lincoln and Senate Streets in the Vista district, the Pastides Alumni Center stands as a gateway to the University of South Carolina campus and encompasses more than 60,000 square feet of space for weddings, conferences, galas, meetings, alumni functions and other celebrations and events.
The venue showcases a 10,000 square foot dividable ballroom, a private outdoor gated patio, two stylishly furnished pre-reception areas, an open-air terrace with panoramic views of the city, six high-end conference rooms and a smaller, more intimate dining area with large windows perfect for meetings, luncheons, and rehearsal dinners.
Since the Pastides Alumni Center’s grand opening in fall 2015, Southern Way has served as an exclusive event partner, providing guests with exceptional cuisine, professional event coordination and first rate service to help ensure that each event flows seamlessly from beginning to end.

Parking Information
The adjoining Park Street parking garage is managed by the City of Columbia who charges an hourly rate. Parking spots in this parking garage are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by the USC Alumni Center. Entrances to the garage are located on both Park and Pendleton Streets.
Valet parking is available for an additional fee. Metered parking is also available along the streets around the Alumni Center.
